Well I survived the babysitting! I was tired yesterday but Jess got home and took over so I could get caught up on a few things. Zoie was a great help and was super sweet to her sister. They kept me on my feet and I spent a lot of time climbing over a baby gate. The rest of this week will be busy as I have appointments and workshops. I will be taking it one day at a time!
We are continuing with our Global Stampers - Christmas is Coming! shares. Today it is Ann from Ann's Paper Works turn to share her project.
Ann used one of my favorite items from the upcoming Holiday Catalog. I loved the Detailed Santa Thinlit die when I saw it in the catalog. I even used the beard part of the thinlit on this card. She cut the thinlit out of Real Red and added it to a Whisper White card base using the Fine Tip Glue Pen. She then used the Greetings from Santa stamp set and some gold embossing powder to emboss the ‘Merry Christmas’ sentiment and Santa’s list. Santa’s list was fussy cut and adhered using Snail Adhesive. The sentiment ‘Nice’ is stamped in Pear Pizzazz and ‘Naughty’ in Real Red. Greetings from the North Pole is stamped in Memento Black and adhered using Stampin’ Dimensionals. The stars are diecut using one of the dies in the thinlit set. A small Pear Pizzazz flag was hand cut and added under the Greetings sentiment. The Real Red Baker’s Twine is tied in a bow and adhered using Glue Dots. Here is her adorable card which would be a great Christmas card to send out!
