Good Morning Everyone ~ A new technique for a Thank You card today.



Today I am sharing a card that was inspired by Sandy Allnock.  She had shared an idea that I knew I wanted to see if I could do the same technique using Stampin' Up supplies.  I was so excited that it worked!  While this technique does take some time the effect is fabulous.  I am not sure what this technique is called but it could be referred to as Watercolor Bleeding.  Here is the video that shows how to do this technique.
