Christmas

Hello Ladies ~ Well ladies Christmas is right around the corner and you will need to mail out your cards soon!

Today I am driving back home.  It is a long day but I usually just get in the car and drive.  I stop for bathroom breaks and to get something to eat.  Then I just get back in the car and hit the road again.  Before I know it I am pulling into my driveway!

I missed posting my Monday card from Card a Day Challenge blog due to a design team commitment.  Today I thought I would share the card that appeared on the blog last Monday.  The theme is

Mistletoe Monday:  Animals
I don’t have many Christmas sets with animals in them.  I just recently purchased the Greetings From Santa stamp set which had a reindeer in it.  I stamped the reindeer using Crumb Cake ink.  I cut my card stock down and mounted them on a slightly larger piece of Real Red card stock.  I took a strip of the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper and mounted it on a slightly larger strip of Real Red card stock.  I cut a piece of Early Espresso card stock 4” x 5 ¼”.  I attached the patterned paper strip to the left hand side of the Early Espresso panel.  I then attached my top and bottom reindeer pieces using SNAIL adhesive.  I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to add my middle reindeer piece.  To finish off my card I stamped my sentiment from the Greetings from Santa stamp set using Real Red ink.  I used my washi label punch to punch out the sentiment and added it to my Early Espresso panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I attached my Early Espresso panel to a Whisper White card base.  A cute holiday card that was fairly easy to make.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I hope you have some fun plans with your family today to celebrate this holiday!  Have a Sensational Sunday and if you get a chance, make a few Christmas cards.
