Well I was cranking out the cards yesterday. I just had my list and kept working my way through the list. I think I have 4 left for this month then I need to work on a few for next month to get me through my trips.
One of the challenges at A Card a Day challenge is a color challenge. Here is our color challenge for this week.
I thought the colors today would make a great Fall card. I began with a card base of Whisper White. I took a piece of Tangerine Tango card stock that measured 4” x 5 ¼” and using the Woodgrain embossing folder I ran it through my Big Shot to emboss it. I used some Gold Thread to wrap around the top and tie into a bow. I attached the panel to my card base using Tear-n-Tape. Then using the Thoughtful Branches stamp set and matching framelits I used So Saffron, Tangerine Tango, and Peekaboo Peach to sponge color onto the treetop stamp. After I stamped it I used the matching framelit to cut it out. I then used the tree framelit to cut out the tree shape from Delightful Dijon. I mounted the tree onto the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I attached the treetop to the tree using Tombow Multipurpose Liquid glue. My sentiment from the same set is stamped in Tangerine Tango onto a 1 “ strip of Whisper White. I flagged the end using the Banner Triple punch. I attached this with Stampin’ dimensionals also. These colors made a colorful Fall card. Here is my completed creation.

Thanks for visiting me today. The kids will be gone almost all day so I will be doing some video recording while they are away. Then I will go back to making cards. Have a Sensational Sunday and wouldn't you love to send a Thoughtful Thanks card to someone special?
