Well we are having another blog hop for VC Rocks. This time the theme is Any Size Card. I decided to use the regular size card but do a different fold.

I am glad you joined me for my creations. Since the blog runs all weekend, I have made 2 cards since I won't be posting tomorrow.
The first idea came to me in a dream. It may have been done by someone else but I can't remember. If this is your idea let me know and I will give you credit.
I have a lot of retired designer series paper and I thought it would be fun to make a pocket using some of the paper. I then made a card to go inside. Here is my first creation.

My second card uses a fold I saw in a book I have - Journal of Paper Engineering. I thought it would be a fun one to do using the strawberry from Best of Everything. I loved adding patterned paper to my card to make this design my own. Here is my second creation.

Both cards are great. I like the way the first card has its own pocket envelope. Nicely done. You make me want to run up to my craft room to do something other than a regular card.

These are great, Robbie. I really need to do a pocket card, it's such a cool twist. Also, love the stamping on the card inside/envies--adds just the right touch!
I really like them both, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE < L the colors on the second one. What a wonderful job!

These cards are faun. I really like the pocket card with the special cut on the top edge. I think I will have to CASE the fun fold card too!
PS we are about 75-80 miles from Mission Viejo CA
