Turned out bigger than I had planned

It's the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what are your plans for the weekend? I have my workshop this morning and then I don't have any other plans. I may do some stamping and I may work on my cross stitching. I have a few projects that I would like to finish so I may try and work on a few of them.

My card today uses the color challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments

I combined it with Mary Jo's Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge.

The image I chose was from Eastern Blooms. I hadn't played with that set in a while so I thought I would use it. The stamped image was larger than I imagined it would be. After I had the whole image panel assembled it was too large for an invitation size card so I had to custom make my card layer. The finished size is 4 x 7 1/2. It will fit in a business size envelope so it will still only cost 1 stamp to mail.

Here are some more display boards from convention.

I have another card for you tomorrow as well as some more display boards. Hope you will check back. Thanks for looking and have a Super Saturday!

Pretty card. I'm biased though as I love anything wit polka dots. I really need to buy that dotted embossing folder, it adds just the right touch and texture. Thank you for joining us at Hand Stamped Sentiments.

Hi Robbie,

I love how you used the flower image on the outside and on the inside of the card. Great layout. Thanks for playing at Hand Stamped Sentiments.
